Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from The Mould Market.

Within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods (not including the date of purchase) - you can return goods that have not been used, the presentation and consumer properties are preserved, and are not in the list of goods not subject to exchange or return: 
- Exchange for a similar item without recounting the value;
- Exchange for any other with appropriate recalculation of value;
- Return and receive the money paid for it.

For all returns and exchanges, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the reason for return is damaged product.

Once your refund is processed a payment credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

If you experience a delay in receiving your refund, please check with your bank and credit card company as often there is processing time with banking institutions before any refund is officially posted.

If you are shipping any item over $50, please consider using tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee delivery of any returned items.
